Community Respite Service?
Respite Workers are needed to work with physically or intellectually challenged adults and children to relieve careproviders and parents in home, community or in the respite apartment. Flexible work environment. Weekday, evenings and weekends shifts available.
Requirements of employment include a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry completed within past 6 months. First Aid/CPR, NVCI and lifting and transferring required within the first 3-months of employment. Experience working with adults and children with physical and or intellectual challenges an asset.
Must be willing to work in all areas of the Winnipeg and or Westman area. Vehicle not required, but is helpful.
Wage: $10.00-$12.50/hr based on experience
